Interdisciplinary collaboration between CL/CP lawyers and mental health professionals
- an ethical challenge!? -
Collaborative law and practice enables a synthesis of legal and psychological expertise. It is an application of the law from different perspectives, focusing on the needs of all involved.
Everyone is heard, their human dignity is valued, and through the collaborative law process everyone becomes the subject of their own life planning, thereby strengthening their self-efficacy.
We will discuss this using the example of the practical work of the child expert and the specialist for couples and families.
