In this workshop, we will explore how observation and processing models can serve as ethical guidance within the Collaborative Practice (CP) process. The central question is how professionals can create spaces in which the parties in conflict can responsibly confront their differences and develop sustainable, joint solutions. The-oretical inputs, case examples, and collegial exchange will provide practical im-pulses for ethically reflective work in the CP process.
