For conference and workshop registrations, we use Formidable Forms. The information you provide (such as name, email address, workshop selection) is used solely for the organization and execution of the event.
Your data will not be shared with third parties and is processed exclusively for organizational purposes related to the conference.
All personal data will be deleted within three months after the conference at the latest, and may be deleted earlier if no longer required.
Payment Processing (Stripe)
To process participation fees, we use the payment service provider Stripe. When making a payment, your payment information is transferred directly to Stripe. Stripe is a US-based company. You can find Stripe’s privacy policy here.
We do not store your payment details ourselves; all payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
Data Storage
Registration data is stored only on our servers and deleted within three months after the conference at the latest, or earlier if no longer required.
Payment details are never stored by us and are processed solely by Stripe.

Our website uses cookies and technical tools to ensure functionality (e.g., through Elementor or LiteSpeed Cache). These are used only for technical optimization and stability of the website.
