Dr. Nicole Zürcher Fausch grew up in Goldach, Switzerland, studied and obtained her doctorate at the University of St. Gallen, and has been practicing law for over 20 years. She is a partner at the law firm Rüesch Rechtsanwälte in St. Gallen. She completed her training as a collaborative lawyer in 2011. Collaborative law and practice and mediation are now a key focus of her work. She mainly practices in the areas of family and child law, employment law and public personal law, and regularly represents victims of crime.

Nicole Zürcher Fausch has been a member of the board of clp schweiz since 2019 and has served as its president since 2021.
