Titus Thoma is an attorney-at-law, notary, and partner at sartorial rechtsanwälte ag. As a SBA-certified mediator and Collaborative Lawyer, he has long been committed to constructive approaches to conflict resolution. He combines legal expertise with experience in mediation, ethics, and IT-related issues; always with a focus on sustainable solutions beyond traditional oppositions. At universities of applied sciences (FH OST and FH Vorarlberg, Schloss Hofen), he teaches ethics and law in mediation and, in this context, serves as an ambassador for the collaborative law (clp) training in Switzerland.
